When using Luminair's basic Color Wheel, the app uses it's internal color engine to automatically control some values like Amber and White. 

To control those values manually, open the Color "Mixer" by tapping the the Mixer tap above the color controls in the parameter options side panel. All color channels are displayed here for direct manipulation.
