If you want to change the DMX value range for a specific parameter/fader, you can do this for custom added faders and user created profiles. It currently isn't possible to alter the range remapping on Cloud library fixtures.

Double-tap on the fader's knob (or open the parameter options view Value) to open the parameter value keypad. In this view, tap the "i" button in the upper right corner to display the Hi and Low values for this fader.

Note that this actually alters the range of the DMX output values (it's not just a UI change).
